<h3>Order Processing Time</h3>
<p>Orders are processed within <strong>1–3 business days</strong> (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.</p>

<li><strong>Canada &amp; Mexico:</strong> 7–12 business days after dispatch</li>
<li><strong>UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand:</strong> 7–15 business days after dispatch</li>
<li><strong>Asia (SG, HK, JP):</strong> 10–18 business days after dispatch</li>

<h3>Order Tracking</h3>
<p>You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order any time at <a href="https://www.bl-store.com/account">your account page</a>.</p>
<p><em>Note: tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier first scans your package.</em></p>

<h3>Customs, Duties &amp; Taxes</h3>
<p>For international orders (outside the US), the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are <strong>not</strong> included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery.</p>

<h3>Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages</h3>
<p><strong>If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:</strong></p>

<li>Check with neighbors and your local post office.</li>
<li>Wait 48 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered slightly early.</li>
<li>Contact us at <a href="mailto:support@bl-store.com">support@bl-store.com</a> with your order number, and we will help file a claim with the carrier.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>If your package arrives damaged:</strong> Email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.</p>

<h3>Wrong Address</h3>
<p>Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address — please contact the carrier directly.</p>

<h3>Order Changes &amp; Cancellations</h3>
<p>We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. To request a change or cancellation, contact us at <a href="mailto:support@bl-store.com">support@bl-store.com</a> within <strong>4 hours</strong> of placing your order. After that window, the order may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be modified.</p>

<h3>Holiday &amp; Peak Season Notice</h3>
<p>During major holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year) and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended by 2–5 business days due to high carrier volume. We appreciate your patience.</p>
