How to Request a Refund

  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged due to misuse or accident
  • Consumable items that have been opened (e.g. filters, dental products)

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return needed.

Shipping Costs
